Default Posting Photo In Sig Line

I'm frustrated -

Been poking around in various corners of the forum for nearly thirty minutes and can't find how to add a photo of my Sporty (from photobucket) to sig line. Clearly others have no problem with this ... can someone please point me in the right direction ?

Yep, I did a search with no luck. Frankly I don't usually have much luck with the search engine but maybe that's just me (I have noted that many other members have made similar requests about posting photos.)

Cheers !

Click on your name in the upper right. Then click user CP on the top left. Look down the left hand list to edit signature. Click that and follow the instructions.

Can't wait to see your scoot.

Jester, thank you, I fumbled and bumbled for a bit and still not sure that I got it right. The sig line preview was correct but ...

previewing this message, there is no sig line photo. Sheesh, seems like every time I get near something with a microprocessor things start to go wrong !

Maybe there was some toggle that I didn't notice. I'll revisit and waste another thirty minutes, LOL.

No luck at all.

I thought that I'd found the problem by selecting "avatar" rather than the signature option. However both options (load from photobucket or load from my computer) give error messages.

Thanks for your help ... I'll just leave things the way they are; this is far too frustrating to spend any more of my life on, LOL !

HEY !!!!! It's working now. Guess I had to leave the forum and then return Thanks large

edited to add: still can't get a bigger photo attached to the sig line but I'm just happy to win the small battles that can be won.
