Like the others said, use ad blockers. I never see any of that crapola.
Ad blockers work fine to block pop up ads, they do not block posts.
Since they're titled as sponsored posts, just ignore them. Don't know what else you can do.

I just started seeing these too. The kicker is that the thread icon on the left falsely makes it appear that I have made a post in that thread.

No, but content blockers do...
After I posted that I seen the threads they are talking about but I still don't get them. I clicked on one to see what was there and got a blank page and the message "Web Address Blocked", it gave me an option to edit my content blocker if I wished..which I didn't. I'm using Opera at the moment, I switch between it, chrome, and firefox.
