I don't have any problem with advertisements. But there is a problem with these pop up that take over your browser on the mobile site. It happens with many different browsers, with Ad Blocker, and only on HDForums.

 

Of course this is an "apples to oranges" reply: I understand you use a tablet - I use a PC exclusively when I browse this site. I've never had an ad take over my screen. I do have a host of ads in the right column; which I have become semi-oblivious to. The "good" obtained from this site, such as suggestions and advice [and even some good-natured ribbing], far outweighs the "bad". However, I do get frustrated when the upload of ads makes the screen shift just as I try to hit "view first unread". I can't count the number of times i've unintentionally ended up on Facebook.
