yes, I know the rule is 30 days and 5 posts (not in classified). My join date was 3-26 and today is 4-29. I have 9 posts (before this one) and 3 are in the classified section, 6 are in a mix of other locations yet I still cannot start a post in WTB :/

 

In order to post an Ad (start a thread) in the HDF Free Classified Section you must have been a member at HDF for at least 30 days and have a minimum of 25 posts unrelated to the Classified Section. where does it say that? I am looking at the pinned post in the forum and it says:
