Default Hdf...

I've been in here since 07 and I have Never seen it "Sometimes Run SOO slowor for this long of time...

Sometimes it seen's OK,,, but then a few minutes later it takes 20-30 secs to bring up the next page while posting..

Also it seem Several times a day it just locks up and quits,,,Then a screen come up saying it a DATA BASE Issue and I need to REFRESH or Reboot which it won't do. I have to X out and re-enter HDF to get the screen to come up again....

At least Let us know WHAT's Going ON.. As the Forum Has in the past when it was having problems.

Will the Forum EVER run again without Locking up and/or Run slow at different times of the day...

Seem like in High Traffic times is when we have most of the ISSUES....

Just let us know what's going on... AND IF it'll ever be fixed to run without problems and or Issues..

..

You seem to be the only one. Works fine here. Try clearing out your cookies. I do occasionally get the data message, but I just refresh it and it's fine. Don't assume that the problems you are having are the same for everyone else.

I'm with the others...figgered it was a problem with my computer, but now, I don't think so, because other forums run fine. Today, it's running good. Yesterday and the day before, not so good.

At any rate, the techs rarely tell us mods what the problems are. They just tell us they're working on it. Hell I don't even know who the techs are.

I've done about everything I could think of. Set post to 10 days, removed Avatars and Sig Pics.
refreshed page and sometimes has helped

I know about Clearing and removing History and Cookies,, I checked and I realized its been 4-5 months since and the last several time I only removed Browsing History..

So I cleaned out the Browser and Cookies and so far it does seem better-- faster..

biggest reason I even mentioned anything was we've upgrade to Fiber Optics and Up and down speed are almost 10 time faster that they used to be.. but ONLY in HDF did the speed not seem to improve much..

So Thanks for the Reminder on clearing,,, I kind of hate loosing all my pass words and links clearing the Cookies,, but sometimes we have too do it.....

You don't lose them (not loose them), you just have to re-enter them.
