Default ThunderStar Wheels for an 82FLH

I want to put ThunderStar Wheels on my 82FLH Belt Drive. As these wheels are only speced out for newer bikes, can anyone tell me if it is posible to convert a set of these wheels to use on my bike. I will need to know what to do for Pully selection or modifications. I will need know the same for what to do with rotors, and spacers. I have a machineing background, so I know anything is posible. But I don't want to re-invent the wheel, pardon my pun, if there is an Easy Butrton I can push... Basic info 16" front & Rear. , Oh, what about conversion of the Timpkin Taper bearings, to Sealed rollers? also 3/4in axle (old) vs 1in axle & bearing ID (new). Chnage Bearings or Sleeve bearing ID?
