Default Rear brake drag

I have a 06 softail and have been checking everything over and noticed the rear brake has some drag to it. The disc is hot after riding a short distance. 500 miles on the bike so far. The manual says to be easy on the brakes for a couple of hundred miles but the problem of a hot disc is still there. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Is the disk warped? Jack rear wheel off the ground and spin the tire. If it gets tight in one spot, the disk is warped.
