Best replacement brake pads?
There is cheaper pads out there, however, none better. I just do not think I would like to save money on buying a cheaper and poorer quality pair of brakes. Be your own counsel on this subject.
Haven't taken the time to call Paul at Lyndall, but IYO what's the best front and rear pads for a 2007 Ultra that's ridden 95% of the time 2-up? The Gold+ or Z+ ?
Do a lot of mountain riding as well as a lot of Interstate/4-lanetrips.
Also currently using the stock rotors, F&R.
Thanks,
Ben
You ride somewhat faster and live in a hilly and less than linear roadways. You pack your wife along with gear. You really ride the bike and a jaunt is taking off from the Blue Ridge Parkway to eat Dolphin (not Flipper but a fish) in Key West. You ride for fun and do your own service work. You own manuals and really read them, than follow the procedures. Enough said.
I wish for you to buy the correct equipment for the job at the cheapest price. Extra added value with correct information.
Gold Pad: If you ride hard into the corners, carry a heaver load, ride when it is inclement (not just to get home but because you need to go), than the answer is the Gold Pad is designed for you.
Z Pad: Not as aggressive in the corners, relaxed riding style, maintain a safer riding distance with traffic, and only ride in inclement weather going home, than the Z Pad is your choice.
I use a Gold pad as patience and tranquility are traits I can read about in the dictionary but do not possess. Hope this helps in your decision.
Yes, I do have the in stock. Do you need to spend the extra cash for the Gold Pad and decreased mileage the gold pad are known for? If you need a more aggressive pad and ride in more harsher climates, than the answer is yes. I spoke with you in length so Iâll bring up our member/readers up to speed.

I'm not one to spend extra cash needlessly, but I do ride hard though not aggressive; and I ride for the pure enjoyment plus it's good for the "grey matter"!

After discussing my riding style and concerns with you and the manufacturer, at his recommendation I wish to try the gold+ at this time. And the money back guarantee if not totally satisfied gives me a lot of options.
E-mail or pm me with your current best price for a couple of sets for the front and we'll see if we can do some business, especially since your a site sponsor that offers a lot of support here at the Forum. [sm=thanx.gif]
