FXR Plug Wire Keeps Popping Off Coil
Often when I ride I will lose a lot of power and the reason is that my plug wire had come off the Coil. Obviously this ultimately stalls the engine and won't start until the plug wire has been reconnected to the coil. My question is what cause this? Is it simply crimping the end of the plug wire?

I had this happen to me on a road trip to AZ one time. Dam plug kept popping off the coil. The last straw was when I reached down while riding to push it back on and got zapped. Nothing like a jolt of electricity while passing through the desert in the middle of the night to wake you back up. Ran a couple zip ties to hold it on to the coil and ended up riding it like that for over a year haha. Finally replaced the wires and didn't have an issue since. Not really sure what causes it but assuming its the slip fit on the wire terminal becoming loose from vibration, heat, etc.
