Cycle Gear in Tulsa has always been a good place to shop. And they carry more than just metric related items, tires, oil, battery tenders, riding gear, exhaust systems, etc and even have a bike night open to all makes. Here is their website http://www.cyclegear.com/.

So sort of like walking in a store and having sales people act like ya stepped in a fresh pile of dog doo before ya came in the door.
Relax, smile and wave, laugh at the lowlifes as you ask them questions and make them look for stuff. Throw in a few digs about their job, leave.

I've ordered a few things on line,no problems.A few months ago I called them and asked if they could mount a tire on my wheel, they said yes. I called Knoxville store and explained what wheel I had etc. told ok. Called the day b/4 I was going and told to bring it by. I drove 1 1/2 hrs one way. I was rudely told "we cant do that".
They suck! There are too many other places around to put up with crap like that.

Think of Cycle Gear as the Wal-Mart/Harbor Freight of motorcycle gear. Dont expect any customer service, just be surprised when they do give you customer service. When I go there and I have a good idea of what I want. So usually if I need help, Ill just grab some jackass at the counter to help me

Default if you think cycle gear....

Customer service is bad, just visit a plumbing supply house. The one here by by nj home thinks they are doing you a favor by helping you.
