I've had mine for over four years now. When I called them to inquire about new rubber pads and what it would cost me for the new pressure release as a **** instead of a bolt used with the handle. They took my address and sent it free of charge to include shipping.

I've had 2. Never paid new price or shipping.

Scan Craigslist within a 100 miles of your local. You may get lucky like I did.

J&S... If you are reading, it's close to Christmas, can you cut me some slack on shipping? I can darn near ship an entire Harley for what you want...

My only criticism with it is they really should make the pedal round, when walking around the bike its very easy to scrape your shins on the sharp corners.

If they made the pedal round your foot would slip off it easily, and you would scrape your shins anyway. Adapt and overcome.

A friend bought a J&S. When it arrived, he found the welding and fitup so poor that he sent it back for a replacement.

A purchase that you will never regret and their customer service is excellent. Once it is out of the box you are about 10 minutes away from putting it to use.
