North Jersey weather is pretty much part of New England's. Cold, rain, some snow. I get out for a spin when I can, but I don't have much hope for April. Looking forward to May. I'm optomistic about May. Aren't you?.........somebody please agree with me?..........for the love of God........please?......

Yes,I feel good about May! I can see another 3 or 4 days of very little sleep coming in the next few days.I have visions of sugar plums dancing in my head.

Suemann,

My wife graduated from DP, i am a transplanted Spencerite. I know alot of people from Auburn, ive played hockey with most of them for the last 20 years.

I am not a member of Blue Knights or LEO, just stumbled across the info and thought it would make for a nice ride. My nephew (who will be with us and rides a Buell) isin theState Police.

What do you guys have for a bike(s)??

Keep the date in mind and if you want to go i will let you know the details. Like i said before, always looking for new people to ride with!!!

Blue.......I graduated from DP in 1978 (ouch) and all my brothers and sisiters also graduated from there. My x-husband (who I am still very good friends with) has played hockey in Auburn for as long as I can remember. I bet if you and I don't know each other already, we probably know a bunch of the same people.........small world. Mark and I have an 07 Heritage Classic and we love it. I was mentioning this event to another close friend (who is actually a motorcyle LEO) and he thought he might also be interested in going. Is there a site or something where I can find the details on this? I know you said you attached it on one of your posts, but I didn't see anything.

Suemann,

Here is the link http://blueknightsma6.tripod.com/blessing.htm

I graduated from Oxford High-1980....My wife graduated from DP in 92 or 93...yes, thats right 12 years younger then me. What years did your siblings graduate??? I might even know them through some of my other Spencer friends.

It might be a good bet that i know you and your ex. Is he my age or a little older?? I might even know your husband.

As far as who goes, the more the merrier. We were thinking taking the quick route down, spending a few hours and then a more scenic, back roads type of ride home. I have already done a mapquest for miles...120 from spencer...we are guessing about 3 hours (worst case)with stops for gas. If we are on the road by 7:30 we are down there by 10:30. Hang out or ride around down there until 2 or 3 back by 5 or 6.

Keep in touch
