So under the heading of "do your frigging homework first". I took the seat off the bike and found that the pigtail has a fuse in it that was burnt. This was after I ran out and bought another tender
One 7.5a fuse later and it all works great........
Or if already opened, keep it...you will need it eventually.
If you have a garaged car, mower, snowblower, etc. that gets lots of idle time you can use it on one of those.
I have three plugged into separate vehicles as I type this. .
Glad you got it figured out. When I first began reading this thread, that was my guess, a blown fuse. I had the same symptoms on one of my tenders and that was exactly the same culprit for me, blown fuse.

I had an issue where the eyelet on the end of the battery tender wire where it bolts to the battery broke off where the wire attaches to it. I just cut the other part of the eyelet off and put a new one on the end of the wire. Good as new
So why did it flash on all the other batteries if you had a blown fuse on the bike battery harness ? Just curious...
BTW Thank you for your service.
Thanks for the support Dynarider. I asked myself the same question after I found the problem with the pigtail on my bike. I had attached the alligator clip pigtail to the tender to check the other batteries and it has a fuse slot in it too. After I replaced the fuse in the bikes pigtail I went and looked at the alligator clip pigtail and it didnt even have a fuse in it! Now thats fixed too but I figured when I bought the tender that the fuses would be in the thing.....Live and Learn guess...
