Lick's Cycles-Good experience!
I preordered one of Lick's Novdot helmets. I had some issues with the helmet, and will say that 1. Lick's was attentive and responsive ; 2. They worked toward a resolution that would be best for both, 3. They ultimately did very, very right by me. Told me to keep the helmet and refunded postage and helmet cost. The helmet will be a backup one for a passenger etc.
The details of my issues are unimportant, but what is important is how they handled the resolution. They took my concerns seriously, responded to my emails, and took care of the problem.
A+++ Score for a great group of guys and a great shop to deal with!
