I think the OP wants casual HD so Langlitz, Schott etc are really out of the question.
Frankly, for casual you're probably out of luck unless you get a bespoke jacket somewhere. HD is all sourced in China. Almost all casual clothing of any kind in the US is sourced outside the country. This goes for even high end stuff like my new Italian slacks.
