Sounds like lots of road trips, thanks everyone. Didn't make it up to Daytona this weekend. Ended up having to work and go to Aruba, close second.
Thanks again.

Another vote for Fox Creek Leather. I bought an HD jacket from Rossmeyer. Damn near froze my *** off. Bought a similar style from FC and couln not believe the difference in weight and function. The FC jacket was around 90.00 more but is at least three times the jacket. They are in Independence Va. Check their website. Customer service is second to none. FoxCreekLeather.com
I'm new to riding and need to get outfitted... Jacket, boots, etc. I live central east coast of FL, the treasure coast.
I'm more of a try things on in the store guy but am having a problem finding places that are large enough or have much inventory. I drove up to Space Coast Harley, their jacket inventory was kinda a joke, less than 10 leather jackets on hand and none in my size.
Anyone know of any large motorcycle stores or showrooms around the area (Orlando to Fort Lauderdale)? I'm willing to drive 2-3 hours if a place has a large supply of leather, helmets and other stuff.
Thanks for the help everyone.

Most if not all stores are moving away from high stock levels since some folks use them as a try it on location but then order online for less money.
If you are looking for leather jackets, then Florida might not be a high demand motorcycle jacket area due to warm weather.
Did any of the jackets observed appeal to you? some shops will order something in your size to the store to try it on.
You may wish to look at a non-leather 3 season jackets based on your home base weather pattern.
Look at the metric stores (Honda/ Kawasaki) as they sometimes carry cruiser gear.
If you think you like something look into the Revzilla website since they have free shipping if over a $40 purchase and their discounted return slip is about $7.50 ..the discounted return shipping makes returns much less painful and their prices are good..shoes/boots are difficult to purchase online.
