I haven't ridden since October and if I'm lucky I'll get to finally ride in April. I always wait for several good rains to wash the layers of salt off the roads before my bike comes out

There's a foot of snow on the ground here. The roads are snow packed, no ice. It hasn't gotten warm enough to melt enough to turn into ice. The other day it was 0°F at noon. Today it got up 20°, I almost put my shorts on haha!

I don't mind the cold.. And if it's going to mist, I wish it would go ahead and rain. We still need it here. Lake Travis is down 60%. Water restrictions. And people still b itch about the rain..

Oh I know...we've ridden past Lake Travis several times last summer and it's a crying shame how low it is. I just wonder if it'll ever get back to the way it was?
