I thought this would be a gleeming review of an otherwise awesome seat and experience. But I was sadly mistaken. Has to be the single worst experience I have ever had ordering and dealing with a company in my 43yrs of life.
I placed my order with Chuck. After several days of not receiving a confirmation email I call to find out the status of the seat. Come to find out Chuck put the wrong address on the order and failed to even bother with a confirmation email. Several days later no seat. Turns out Chuck failed to put the correct, or complete address once again, but this time tried to blame me. I cancel my order entirely at this point and still haven't received a refund nor product in weeks since ordering. Shame on you Chuck and C&C Seats...very very poor service and attention to customers.
Wow, really sorry to hear that. Hopefully everyone will be able to work it out. FWIW I called to place my order, took about 20 minutes to ensure all was correct and then 10 days for new seat in my hands. I had heard when researching that ordering online with them could be "difficult" at times and to use the phone.

FWIW my experience couldn't have been better. Not being familiar with C&C I was apprehensive about ordering a seat I'd never seen much less sat on so I called them. I can't recall the person I spoke with but he answered all my questions and offered a few helpful suggestions on foam firmness, backrest, etc. I said send me one then and crossed my fingers. 8-10 days later the seat arrived and I couldn't be more pleased with it and the service. If/when I order a seat again it'll be from C&C.
Mistakes happen, but it was how he dealt (or didn't) with the issue that turned me off as a customer. I ordered on the phone too by the way. Silver lining~ I found a pristine used seat at a fraction of the cost moments after canceling the order. Looking like I'll have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back...
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I ordered a seat from chuck about a month and a half ago and have nothing but great things to say about the man and the company. Took a little longer then expected to get but thats Canada posts fault not his. Id recommend C&C to anyone. Great service, quality product and reasonable pricing
Wow, nothing like my experience when I bought my C&C. Sometimes the ball does get dropped but based on my personal experience and what I have read here on the Forum, this is not typical by any means. Hope it all works out for everyone.
I think most will agree this is not the normal experience with C&C. I am just one of the many that feel C&C's product and customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
