Well its nothing new, but good to hear from someone els. I did notice that there wasn't any shims on the needle and I'm thinking that could be some of the issue, any thougts

The sleeve that sits over the main jet tube that the needle sits in should that be flopping around and go up the the needle or should it be firmly seated the carb

Shims on the needle will richen it up. I originally said intake leak to make surr it wasnt part of a bigger problem. Slide or float is what I'm thinking.

I checked it all out and everything is OK other than the sleeve that the needle sets in over the main jet tube bounces around and will somewhat stick to the needle. And I thought about taking the shims out cause I say them and see what that does
