FLHX head light ....
2011 FLHX replacement head light needed,,something not crazy expensive..any suggestions appreciated. Mine has some weird interior swirling fog look? no cracks visable,,but i think its stopping some light output at night. thanks.

Two options that won't break the bank: truck lite LED or a HID (high intensity discharge). If you go the HID route, choose the 35 watt and don't go over the 6000k light or you'll lose the clear light. For HIDs, check out socalmoto gear, but there are many more vendors. I've got HIDs for low and hi beam and you'll definitely be seen in the day and spread the light at night. The stock headlight sucks and is about as useful as holding out a flashlight at night.

Or, you could pull the headlight out, remove the bulb, and swish some alcohol/water (or is it water/vinegar?) around in there to clean it out. Use a compressor to blow dry it out. Then put an aftermarket bulb in it.
