Wiring Yaffe Monkey Bars
ok so im sure theres plenty of you out there who have fought with the wiring or will be fighting it at some point.....just a couple tips that took me several days of frustration to figure out.......first of all the craftsmanship of Yaffes bars suck.( on the inside )...the inside point at the top is like a razor....tip # 1 get a die grinder abrasive wheel bit and weld a long extension to it so you can go in the bars and deburr the inside where the point comes to the top.....its makes all the difference in the world going in and if you should need to pull your wires back out they wont get hacked up and pretty much destroyed like mine did 4 times before I did the deburring ....tip # 2 and this is for people that have TBW......remove green plug off TBW harness.....then separate your right hand switch harness into 2 separate groups of 6 wires instead of one big one with 12.......3 small harnesses will lay together much better and end up laying like a triangle which is for the most part ...round....and pull them with 3 separate wires all at the same time .......the smaller bundles go around the corners much easier and it don't get caught like it does with one big one and one small one......of course wire lube is a must.......hope these tips help..........live and learn
