Default Riser spacers

Does anyone know where I can find some 1"-2" riser spacers for my Fat Bob?

DK Custom has some nice options, they work great and aren't too spendy I'm running the 2" fat extensions on my Wide Glide...

The DK spacers are cheaper than the others I found and just as good of finish. Had 2" spacers on my 2012 Fat Bob and had to put a longer clutch cable on it. The 2009-2011 had slightly longer cables so a 2 inch spacer would work with the stock clutch cable. I'd also suggest poly bushings so the bars don't flex as much.
