Mean City Cycles went above and beyond today. I had my seat done in January and chose double decker memory foam with a semi custom shaping. It was not comfortable after 1000 miles so I gave them a call. They reworked my seat with their original suggestion of regular memory foam mod and the standard shaping that they do. I picked the seat up today expecting to pay for a second mod and they said it was no charge as they stand behind their work! What a great company! I've had two seats done there and had outstanding work and costumer service! Thanks again Mean City, You really saved my butt!
