It has rained in Colorado and Denver every single day in the month of May. We are in danger of coming up shy of 300 days of sunshine this year that's how little the sun has been out.
We need the rain so bad so it's ridiculous to complain...but damn, I'm going to need Prozac if this goes on much longer.

Rain means the grass grows and the horses have green grass to eat. This translates into less hay and grain to feed them and, even better, a great upcoming hay season. A good hay crop keeps the prices down.
The down side is that I have to mow my lawn more often. I'm in central Texas and can't remember the last time I saw the sun. I'm enjoying the rain now because in June, July and August, it will be scarce.

The best news is that most of our lakes are full...some are too full...and this month, Lake Travis near Austin went from -50' to -35'.
The bad news is I don't think I've ridden much over 500 miles this month.
