Black Quartz Color Question--2016 Road Glide Special
Hello, I noticed in the 2016 color chart that Black Quartz will be available for the 2016 Road Glide Special.
I've never seen the color in person. For those who have this color (or seen it) does it have a brown or gold tone to it vs. a black color? Your thoughts on this color?
Like many of you, I am torn between buying a 2015 now in Superior Blue or Vivid Black, or waiting for the 2016's to be released.
I have a 2015 Road Glide Special in Black Quartz (must have been a late year production). Sometimes it looks black with gold flake, sometimes it has a brownish 'root beer' look to it. I really like it in the sun, the gold flake really comes out.
I've seen it a number of times, stunning!! In my opinion, with some added chrome, its like a custom paint job on a very high end bike. Black and chrome really go together well.
