I hate riding on grooved pavement, I spent my entire childhood on dirt bikes riding in dirt mud rain snow and sand, and about 14 years on the road but when I go through an area that is having road work done and has grooved pavement it's just a pain and I don't think I'll ever get used to it.
Not looking for advice just venting

The roads were so bad this year it was actually better riding on grooved pavement. It was a nice change from the busted up pothole hell and crack infested roadways.
Have you guys heard of, or been on music roads? The grooves are made at certain distances to produce music. Pretty cool concept. I'd like to try it out just to try it.
Yeah, I'm from Taxachusetts, we have two seasons. Snowed-in and Construction. You get used to the grooved pavement, just go a little slower and no sudden moves. Did a few hundred this past weekend and I swear half of it was groove.
Also, keep you eyes open for the "raised structures".
