Oil filter

I know the quantity doesn't matter. But semi trucks can hold up to 45 quarts

There is a good possibility that he means a five gallon container of oil from the back of a pick-up.

But there's no difference between oil filters; how could it have fallen off? The $1.99 one is made in the same factory and has the same specs as the $9.00 one
