Just out of curiosity, do you have a friend that has a garage that would let you store your bike in it?
What Springer said. I bartered with my next door neighbor when I was garage-less. I cut her grass; she let me store my bike in her garage year-round and gave me a key so I could get to it any time. I keep my trailer at a friend's house and could do the same with my bike if I had to. On another occasion, I built my own shed to store my bike in...nothing fancy, but kept it out of the weather.
I store mine at Boston Harley, I think it's $289 for the winter and they keep it on a tender and it includes an oil change and wash. I've been doing this every year since I got this bike in 2010. I have a garage, but it's worth it in the winter to be able to keep my Jeep in there when it snows and have room to move the snow blower around.
