Default Upgrading help

Hey anybody care to help me out. Can I install custom 2 into 1 exhaust with no O2 sensors on a 2007 screaming eagle all stock that has O2 sensors. Do I add 02 brings. Or unplug sensors. Do I need to buy anything. Please help rookie

If you remove the O2 senors you do need to add an O2 sensor eliminator to the wiring jack,, it's fool's the ECM into believing the sensors are still there and sending the right signal.

A caution here if you are eliminating the O2's you will only operate in open loop. This eliminates the ECM ability to control any changes automatically. it will only use the map installed & not be able to sense rich or lean conditions & correct them if within the O2's range.

I changed out my '05 stock ECM (open loop) out for a closed loop system.

Changes in temperature and elevation will change the tuning which effects the overall performance and lifespan of the engine.

Take the headers to a muffler shop (one that knows motorcycles), and have the sensor bungs welded in. Or get headers that already have them. You could also install a power commander, or other tuner that doesn't use the O2 sensors.

+1...forget about the cheat, you'll regret it.
