You want to talk Crazy Money - the original sissy bar tool pouc for the FXB.

I never tossed any of the old 2-1 factory exhaust pipes, me and a buddy of mine used to cut them and re baffle them and make high performance pipes out of them back in the days before there was a 2-1 pipe mfg on every corner.

I still have a small stash of that old stuff in my storage trailer, but I never let any of it go, it's for my projects.

Makes me want to start drinking when I think of all the take-offs that got thrown away. Fifty years worth of $$. Last 2/1 exhaust that hit the trash was from my 1984 FXWG Shovel Wide Glide. Ham Can too.

Hate to think what I would do if I had trashed a FXRDG Disc Glide.

We live and learn. I have a shop full of take offs and encourage friends to keep theirs or I'l store a little. Those who trade in get $0 for add ons. Well worth a day of swap out instead of giving it away.

I always store all of my factory stuff as well. Don't matter if it is a bike, truck or car.

Default Age and Value??

I was able to get a little more info... Bike has keys... But it's a recovered stolen... Been in the lot since 3/14, and still haven't located an owner... It's still part of an investigation...

My guess is that they can't auction off a vehicle with no VIN, so most likely it'll eventually go to scrap...

What a shame...

That's good to know... How do they title a vehicle with no VIN? Obviously a salvaged title, right?

I bought a couple in California and they just "blue tagged" them and then I went on with the normal registration/titling process.
