Have become intrigued with these mufflers but on looking around I became more confused with the different types
So far I have come across with these versions but no information on what the differences are
1. Maverick
2. Mellow
3. Slip-stream
4. Trident
5. Crusader
6. Slash
7. Stream-Liner
8. Beast
9. Marksman
they are different looks of the same muffler. Actually, I like thes mufflers. They are well made, sound really good, and look good too. most of the difference is the end piece, but the insides are all about the same. Crusher, is now a different division from Kuryakyn. But they still stand strong behind the product. I've put these on a few bikes, and all were vastly satisfied. In my opinion, they are a very good product.
PS they do have a mellow baffle in case you want to be sound friendly, but the standard ones are very nice in the sound department, and if you have a little compression added, they sound real nice!
Mavericks have a 2.5" spiral baffle. Crushers have 2 1/8 perforated baffle, crusher mellows have 1.75" perforated baffle.
Mavericks will be loudest, mellows quietest.
