Guntoter just bought one, he added the HD rain sock and it looks good too! ......... here's what he said with a pic........
Greg, here's a couple photos of the bike with your cover on it. The guy who made that cover did a fantastic job by the way. I really like it and the Screamin Eagle ring.
thanks for all the info you guys gave me, am thinking am going with the SE heavy breather...
btw my bike is a 2012 SG
I have one on my Super Glide. I do not like it, is big and bulky and seems in the way (I am 6 foot 1 BTW). I like to move my legs around while riding as in change positions on the pegs and move my feet on the highway pegs on the crash bar. It always is there in the space I like my leg to be. If you get caught in a heavy rain while riding it does not allow enough air to pass for the engine to run well. The sock gets saturated and seriously restricts the air flow, sometimes to the point that the bike almost stalls. Another guy I ride with had the same problem. He took his off and put a Big Sucker with a cap and likes it a lot better.
I personally would not buy one, at least sit on a bike that has one and see how it feels. It might be for you but isn't for me.
