I put a bunch of skateboard stickers on my first bike when I was younger, but I kinda got out of putting stickers on any vehicle since then. the only exception is some black reflective tape on a black bobber-ish project, to keep the lighting kinda minimal, but still add to my visibility at night.
Have any of you put stickers anywhere on your bike. I would like to put one or two on my bike, but I'm not sure if it will ruin the paint if I want to take them off in the future. Anybody know if it will ruin the paint?
I don't imagine it would ruin the paint but paint fades in the light over time and the paint under the sticker won't (as much) so if it's on there a while the paint might not match when it's removed.
Like others said, I don't ever put stickers on paint. I've put bumper stickers on chrome in the past and decals on glass but that's about it for me. I have no problem with what others do with theirs.
I just got this little lucky dude all the way from Sweden, to just put on my Oil Bag. In the 80's I had one of those 55 with a diagonal line through it stickers on my Glide, you old guys will know what that meant,
