Street Glide seat on 01 Ultra.

So I'm new to the site and HD scene and have tried to do some researching but still not 100% on the answer. I have a 01 ultra classic and I want to switch the seat to a SG. From what I read they interchange but there is a difference in the 09 and up?? And I know I will have to change the console or get a filler panel but will a SG seat fit on my 01 ultra.

There was a frame change in 2009. It might cause problems.

any Street Glide seat up until '07 will fit. I put a stock seat and longer tank console from an '06 SG on my '02 Ultra. '08 the frame and seat mount locations changed, and in '09 the frame changed again.
