There won't be much nut defrosting going on tomorrow. The river valley has some great views on both sides. There's a park on the bluff over Alma, the Mindoro Cut near La Crosse, Lake City/Lake Pepin is cool, the park on the bluff in Red Wing along with the other places mentioned.

Not really a group ride, people come & go at their own pace. We usually ride with some friends, but not always. It's a very scenic, laid back ride. If its nice, lots of bikes around. When you see others pull in, check it out. There will be a reason for it. That whole area is worth checking out!

I'd like to add that there is a great pie shop in Stockholm, WI that will sell you a slice and a cup of coffee. It's a must stop for me when ever I'm in the area, which is never enough. I'll also support the use of the WI county roads as a great option to the river road.
Looks like the weather's going to be nice, and my wife is going to be out of town, so I'm planning on being there. Seems like a good excuse to put a couple hundred miles on.
