I looked on the Harley website and did not see that particular vest, are you sure its a HD product?
Either way I see no issue with it as I can't see anyone being confused into thinking the person wearing the vest is claiming Territory. It is not something that I would ever wear because to me it just looks silly and not my taste. There are probably enough of those SOA types out there that would buy it and I am not one to ever be concerned about what others decide to wear
The real 1% bikers are too busy selling t-shirts and negotiating tv/movie deals to be wasting their time kicking someones azz for wearing a dopey looking vest like that one.
I seen one in Port Dover Ontario at the friday the 13 bike event , it was top rocker Harley Davidson middle was a MC and a bike shape and bottom was Ontario. There where a few that where together, not sure how some one could walk around in public dressed like that
