Welcome to the forum! I'm biased towards the RK, but the FB is great too.
Don't underestimate the usefulness of having bags, windshield and a comfy perch for the lady.
You said both are customized. That leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Are we talking paint and bling or serious motor work? That would matter to me. How about milage on the bikes? Maintenance records, etc? A well cared for bike obviously gets the nod over a neglected bike.
You may not drive far each day but on the right bike you'll ride 100 miles to get a loaf of bread. I typically take off heading to nowhere and end up riding 150 - 200 miles of country roads. It's easy to do, so think about those scenarios as well.
Good luck and post a pic of your new ride when you get it. Lots of great people and info on this site, so stick around!
So one of the Guys is Letting me ride his 2005 Screaming Eagle Fat Boy CVO He has 16" apes and a Lapera custom Seat, Power Commander and V&H 2 into 1 Exhaust. has current inspection. It has a custom paint but has several small scratches on it. 17,000+ miles he is asking 11,200 for it. Is that a fair price?

Welcome BTW from Pittsburgh, Pa! Like others said, whatever one you and the other like the bast is the one for you. Take each for a ride and buy the one that you cant keep smiling about or stop thinking about. Both are cool bikes.
Thanks for all the advice. Is 11,200 the right price though? It's a screaming eagle FB CVO 16" apes V&H pipes LaPera seat. Power comander and custom paint but it is scratched up in several places.
Is it your first bike?
Yea or nay?
If it is your first bike, Softy would be easier on ya.
They are bottom heavy but it's got apes on ya and they take some time to get used to.
Be careful with them if you go for that ride.
Myself I'd go with pullback drag bars.
If it's not your first bike and you have some experience I would go with the King.
