Hello everyone,
I have a Harley Sportster 1200cc and I'm needing of a help about Carburetor.
I can use a carburetor Mikuni 42mm in my Sportster? Fits work? Thanks!

The answer is yes, as long as you can fit it to your manifold and jet it properly.
As JOD asked, what year is your bike. We can probably give a bit more assistance with that kind of information.

Mikuni makes a kit for your bike and can supply you with the information you need. They also have a very good tuning manual which you can download from their website.
I can personally vouch for the HSR42, as I've been running one since '02 on my bike. Runs great, and pretty easy to set up with the tuning manual I mentioned.
