More specifically, it is the chrome horn cover which contains the horn...

Thanks, I was wondering if I can easily relocate the horn to be there, I have the "natural" color jugs and they are ugly and want to cover them somehow. I want to get them powder coated, but can't afford to have the engine pulled atm. Any other ideas?

If your horn isn't already there between the jugs, you need the "Big Twin Horn relocation kit".

Powder Coated Jugs.

Now that's a new one on me.

Don't think that's going to hold up very well.

Probably make the engine run hotter as well.

This has to a be a troll thread right?????

If you didn't know that was the horn, my humble advice is ride the bike and get familiar with it for a while instead of worrying about ugly jugs.

I'm usually the thing between the jugs.

Oh yeah it does, had my shovel iron jugs done the same color as my frame and they stood the test of time and abuse, no chipping or stains from hot oil. Heat wise didn't change it on the iron jugs but it will bump the temps a bit on aluminium cylinders but not enough to cook a motor, that's another of those backyard myths.
