Air cleaner
Ok just a quick question and I hope someone can help me out. I have a 67 Electra Glide FLH it has a bendix carb on it but I need to get a new air filter for it. So I'm looking at making an order from jp cycle and in the book I got from them they have nothing for carb stuff from 66 to 70 so is this the carb that should be on the bike and if so is it the same filter for the 71?

In 1967, Harley switched from Linkert carburetors to a Tillotson carburetor (a diaphragm carburetor), and had an oval air cleaner (like you usually see on a Sportster). The Bendix carb you have is not original to the '67.

Tillotsons gave a lot of people fits as I recall. Bendix was a big improvement.
