That's not a lot to go on, but rewrite that with some actual info, and a Baker drivetrain rep. may magically appear.

Why don't you try contacting him or them first with your problem?
Don't have a Baker myself, but from what I've seen here over the years is generally satisfied customers, with and without problems.
Something I will be sure to remember if I am ever in the market for a transmission.
