Hey folks, have you ever been on a ride that is so fluid, so perfect, that you don't dare stop to take a picture? Well, that was Christmas Day for us. We rode usual roads, the two of us. Traffic was how it usually is. (Fairly light, where we go.)
Yup, the air cooled off as we gained altitude, so we returned to lower levels to stay warmer. No rain as I had some on Christmas Eve. But, it was a great ride, and I only led about half of the route! Usually, I get saddled with leading the whole route, but this day, I had the gf take the reins.
Woke up to about 4 inches of snow on the ground. welp, that's that. supposed to be clear and warmer the next couple of days, so I'll get in a few miles and do the oil change and stabilizer thing.
I am blessed to have the opportunity to ride this Christmas with my lovely wife.
Low 43 and high of 58 here in the Piedmont area of NC and mostly SUNNY. We are having Christmas dinner with family on Saturday and riding our HD to church Sunday morning. Then it is just us and the beautiful NC countryside Sunday afternoon.
My wife is looking forward to it as much as I am!
Don't laugh but we look forward to eating a late lunch at the Waffle House which is usually the only thing open on Christmas!
God bless
It was about 35 degrees here, me and the neighbor did about 35 miles around town.
