Speedometer relocation on 883N on Engine

I bought a softail years ago that the PO had mounted an aftermarket (smaller)speedo on the right side of the Frisco mounted peanut tank. Believe it used the breather bolts (evo) if I remember right.
Grab some aluminum sheet and start bending.

You, along with some others here, don't need to see the origin. This kid has a need that is likely not met in the aftermarket. Therefore, he must meet his own need.

I agree, you don't need to explain to anyone why you want to do it.
I'll make the suggestion, though, to spend a bit of time designing it. There are some easy-to-learn online CAD programs where you can design your bracket and take it to a local fab shop to make, and you'll have a more professional looking piece.

I'm imagining if you're Bluetoothing real time data from bike to phone you have the gas mileage thing dicked.
Just want the original odo for accurate resale purposes and scheduled services?
Thought about mounting it somewhere else?
I can see the need to see it if you ever forgot your phone tho.
