I've got 2 Harbor Freight 1800 lb. units permanently mounted in the front of my trailer, and 2 removable Bike Pro units in rear.
Amazon Amazon

The next chocks I purchase will probably be Wheeldock for ease of unloading when I'm alone. Several guys here have recommended them. https://wheeldock.com/products/wheel...nt=26294025411
I looked into Biker Bar, but at $380 a pop, that's way too much when I've got a 4 place trailer. I've never lost a bike in transit yet whether using the old style Pingels, HF or Biker Pro. I can buy a lot of E track and quality ratchet straps for the $1520 it would cost me for 4 Biker Bars.
No matter what you choose, E track is a very good option so that you can pick your tie down points. Very nice when you're not always hauling the same bike(s). I'm glad that I went this route.
Spend money on decent tie down straps while you're at it. I bought a kit from Power Tye. The soft ties are built into the strap.

Default What I did

I made 2 per chalk mounting plates (10"x18"x1/2" with (4) 1/2"X13 chalk mounting holes in them. I mounted them using 4 additional 1/4"x20 under the Featherlite aluminum planked floor. I drilled the 4 chalk mounting clearance thru holes corresponding to the aluminum mounting plate than, when needed, install those cheap $35 HF wheel chalks which just work. I use my rechargeable screw gun with socket adapter, extension & Alan socket key to R&R the chalks. I always keep button head SS 1/2"x13 in the unused holes to keep the dirt out as well as esthetics. Button head do not catch. Takes a small amount of time. I ride right up and in and this chalk holds the bike-right and attach the mounting straps. i use 4 F, & 4 rear to keep the rear wheel from moving side to side (2) or up (2). I use I track (side to side) as well as on the side and (3 rows) of e-Track on the walls. The e-Track on the walls really strengthen the structure but add weight. I have found this method works for me and offers the best for the two worlds. I roll out a commercial grade carpeting and used a coating for waterproof the backing as well as made it non-slip. There are a total of 3 mounting possibilities on the rear section & 2 mounting possibilities on the front section. This way if there is a broken down biker on the side of the road I have the room to haul him/her to where they have to go. I have breathed in way too many bugs on the side of the road not to know better on giving help.

T to R I track for the rear wheel tie down for a better angle.

Front row I-Trac to secure the front of the bikes.

Surface mount I-Trac with oak ramps on each side of the I-Trac.

Mounting plate under the floor of the trailer.

I do not have any pictures of just the chalk.

Don't forget to mount a bar to secure your bike to the trailer while sleeping.

Nothing permanently bolted to the floor or anything like that. Attaches and detaches in minutes and comes apart for easy stowing.
thats a pretty slick setup. thanks for sharing.

I use the pit posse knock off of the pingel. combined with a block of wood under the frame and several GOOD tie downs I have never had any problems.

I have a standard front wheel chock that's remove able. The mounts go flush into the floor and are perfectly flat when removed.

This is the one I have :

I have a Heritage Softail Classc I am going to put in back of my new Fuzion toy hauler 5th wheel and my step son is buying a Harley also and will want to put his in 5th wheel also. Have you used that Beast Track system with 2 Harleys in toyhauler? I'm looking at going that route. Looks easy to setup and don't want holes drilled in my floor.

I've only used it with one Harley at a time. But if you've got enough room you should be able to I suppose.

Then when you get where you're going you could just store it.

When it's not in my trailer it's in my garage where it's not tied down and I park my bike it everyday freestanding.
I didn't tie mine down and the tire went flat, leaned over in the drive-on chock, bent up my fender and bent the rotor when it laid to the side. I won't be making that mistake again.

Wheeldock. Expensive, but so are the many bikes we haul with them...easy to use solo, too. Period
