I buy from women and minority owned businesses because it's the right thing to do, they need to be supported and saving a couple bucks doesn't matter to me.
Not paying the tax is wrong. Our governments are struggling with budget issues and not paying my fair share, well it's like stealing.
Because DK has the best prices on the tires I run.
Yes sir and if a manufacturer has a rebate going they take the rebate amount off the sale price so you don't need to submit a rebate request and 3 months for prepaid card in the mail.
Just picked up a set of Avons for my FXD. $200 delivered to my door.
I like DK, and have used their "beat it by a buck" price match a few times. JP annoys me with their two tier pricing (join our club), so I won't do business with them unless they have something I need and can't get anywhere else.
Because I live in this God forsaken crummy excuse for a state. If I lived in free America, like some of you, I wiuld not have to pay sales tax on things I buy from Eastern Performance. I pay enough friggin taxes here. I like supporting the local guy, but only if I am in their store, or the store is handy to me, which EP is not.
I've no truck with EP, just the ignorant ate-up-in-the-head blasted good for nothing commie fooking state they are located in.

Really! Maybe you should join Trump's cabinet because he wants to lower taxes for the wealthy, build a wall, increase spending for the military, seriously reduce corporate taxes, eliminate/curtail Frank-Dodd...and you think the amount of taxes you will not pay is going to have any effect.
Just who will be paying for all this? Why the middle-class of course! Because we pay for everything and every swamp dweller in Congress always "claims' they are out for the best interest of the middle-class, but I have yet to see it.
Me, I'll take all the tax advantages I can get becuase it sure as hell ain't coming form our government.
Reference the OP question: Eastern Performance had a stretch several years ago of delivery issues, overcharging, delays and poor customer service. There are some long time members on this forum that will remember this. As far as JP, the original founder just died 04/20/17. From what I understand, JP was sold to and investment company awhile back and had troubles during the transition. I don't join clubs to save money.I buy an occasional closeout item from them. They are highpriced on most items.
Dennis Kirk has the best customer service, free returns on apparel, helmets etc, they stock what they sell, their website is the best, by far and they have install PDF's on almost everything they sell. DK has the best tire prices and fresh tires. If you order something wrong you can call and speak to person, they will gladly correct it and will not charge you twice. Nobody I have dealt with comes close on a regular basis. It's how they do business.
