Every time I take my Ram into the Dodge dealer for an oil change, they have some kind of software update that is gonna keep me at the dealer for at least an hour. Same with my wife's Mini.
Having not been one to own a new bike in over 25 years, I began to wonder this morning, if the 2014 Softail I bought used last year would benefit from a visit to the dealer.... So, does HD do software updates to the different control modules? Or do they just toss it all out there and see what floats?
Only updates I am aware of is for the boom box or Nav system
This is the case. And you can download it yourself and run the update. My experience with the local dealer is that they will not install the update unless you ask.
