I'm coming down a main street in my town yesterday. Oncoming car has blinker on, waiting for me to pass, so they can turn left. The girl behind that car decides to hell with waiting, and for some reason decides to pass the car in front of her ON THE LEFT into oncoming traffic, aka my lane. If I was in a car, it would've been a head on collision. Luckily I was on the bike and had just enough room to swerve and squeeze by.
I wanted to pull a U, chase her down, and her into tears. Instead I went home, cracked a beer, and counted my blessings. Stay safe ya'll. Keep your head on a swivel.

As riders we have an advantage when we're in our vehicle. We watch, we pay attention to those around us, we can see and hear, for the most part we see driving as a responsibility. As mentioned 90% of other drivers are risky as f***. They don't watch/can't see or hear/in a hurry/on their phone/have a bullshit attitude and just simply don't care. Close calls are a daily occurrence nowadays. It's sad when you have to take evasive manouvers regularly.
