Counter steering works. If you want to turn right you push the right side of the bar and the opposite for going left. Doesn't make sense when you think about it. You're probably doing it without even realizing it.

Welcome from Mass.......like they said.......you've already been doing it.......many like to get too technical about it.......but next time you ride.......concentrate on what your hands are doing at speed........if you're turning right, you'll feel that you PUSH on the right bar......if left, you'll feel that you PUSH on the left bar.
Sounds counter to what you might think, but makes perfect sense.......just don't over think it!!

I took the MSF class and they taught us about countersteer. Then I bought a bike and spent the first year or so being all screwed up because I was thinking about something I would do naturally. Totally forgot about it until someone posted about it here on the forums a few weeks ago. Now I'm back to thinking about something I don't need to be thinking about.
