Man haven't seen one of those since late 70's sometime, no idea who made them back then.
Just a heads up get some bearings in the thing and check the round and side play for true, seem to remember some of the welded mags had hop & wobble issues.

Awesome...I'm glad to hear that, that there's some kind of authenticity to it. I'm trying to build this thing with mostly grass roots sourced parts. Swapmeets, ads, etc...kind of the way they used to be built and I'm avoiding buying parts off websites if I can. I kind of want every part on the bike to have its own story, not some **** UPS dropped off.
Anyway, I'm rambling...bearings are fresh but I'll check it for trueness. Was hoping that wouldn't be an issue on a mag wheel but good to know.

Keep something in mind if it's an old school part it's been around the block a few times regardless who presently has it, don't discount ebay for stuff and a deal's a deal when it comes to a build, I got crates of that stuff stashed from my building days yet.

Yeah, I've come to notice that there's a lot of junk out there too. Kind of nuts to see the price differences between different people. Some dudes are cool as **** and reasonably priced. Others....dude, they're asking top dollar for some junked out piece. I'm noticing that every part has it's own imperfections. Some I'll fix, some I'll let roll.
