Some raked trees with some serous rake might do it. Hard to say how much from just a pic. I wouldnt use that front though even with raked trees. To long.
The neck & bearing cups are the same it will swap but unless the frames raked or you put shorter tubes on the wideglide that long *** frontend on a stock frame will sit you way to high at the neck, kickstand will be 6 inches off the ground. That wideglide looks to be about 8" over on the tube lengths and the frames either an old wishbone ( worth some money ) or an aftermarket clone, nether had numbers.
Edit ; you have to remove the top part of the tree with the handle bars on it and the rest will drop out of the frame bearings and all. Pull the wheel before you try or have a buddy help lift the frame off it.

Thanks for chiming in dudesters so what's the sure way to know if the choppers a HD frame or not? I just brought the frame here from the USA. Knowing this will make all the difference for the German Inspectors. Original HD they will allow on the road, a clone they will not!
